We use only organic grass fed & finished suet tallow unlike many brands. Suet tallow is the highly prized fat from around the organs vs muscle fat you see from like ground beef.
This fat contains the most amount of nutrients and vitamins. It's much more expensive and hard to acquire, but we refuse to compromise for our products.
